Background
Amy’s career in property management began with residential apartments. Her move to commercial property management in 1992 led her to a position working for a private investor, and over 20 years, managing more than 40 commercial office, medical, and retail buildings with a staff of twenty. In 2012 she obtained her real estate license, moved her expertise to a local real estate brokerage, and began a commercial property management division. After several years of building that business, she stepped out of the role as the firm's Vice President to pursue her interest in building her own client relationships.

Background
Steve Siravo’s career in property management began in 2011 as a commercial maintenance supervisor for a private local real estate investor with a portfolio of over 40 commercial buildings. His duties included the oversight of skilled maintenance staff, management of all tenant improvement and construction projects, as well as the implementation of Energy Management Systems and processes.
Steve’s follow-through and talents serve to provide unparalleled customer service. His experience with construction, capital improvement projects, and building maintenance, along with his ability to work well with tenants and property owners, make Steve a valuable asset.

Background
After working in outside sales and owning her own business, in 2017 Jen was introduced to the property management industry with a leading real estate company, as an assistant property manager. While helping oversee a mix of residential and commercial properties, her duties included supervising and scheduling a maintenance team, vender, tenant, and client relations. In 2020 she transitioned to overseeing the operations of single-family rental communities. This allowed her to gain experience in the rental cycle; from leasing, to unit maintenance, moveouts, and renovations. The year 2022 allowed Jen the opportunity to work with Amy and her team once again at Professional Commercial Property Management overseeing the maintenance department. Jen’s day-to-day process’s coordinating maintenance with our tenants and vendors makes for a seamless process for all involved.
